The Paradox Experience is more than a tourism/entertainment event, it is an investigation where new unique technology and procedures can be used by the public.
The paranormal technology brings the potential for the general public to witness and record real 'paranormal' events - real contact with the spirit world.
By sharing the technology for use with visitors/investigators I have increased the opportunity of discovering new 'paranormal' evidence.
Most of the technology is designed to give 'real-time' responses and that makes my type of investigation very interesting.
My belief is it will take new technology to reveal new evidence and then create new questions.

The equipment I build is specifically for the purpose of paranormal investigation, unlike the borrowed technology used by other investigators.

Live 'EVP'/spirit energy detector -
A new and exciting concept in experimental spirit communication, a portable audio unit with the potential of direct spirit communication and detection through electronic equipment. Can be used by inexperienced visitors - they become close to the action.

Sentinel - Energy field change detectors -
An alternative to a conventional EMF meter, able to detect changes in electric or magnetic fields rather than the emission of an electro-magnetic field detected by the conventional EMF meter.
It is equipped with a LED display and audio tone output for use in light, darkness or during quiet vigils. Can be used static or portable.

R E G -
A portable electronic Random Event Generator, with a display of randomly moving illuminated LEDs. Can this new unusual instrument attract a ghost or spirit?

This lighting system is specifically designed to enhance our human 'night vision' and to increase the potential of photographing or video recording a ghost or spirit.

AEMF meter (Active Electro-Magnetic Field) -
A new prototype EMF meter. This new design generates its own electro-magnetic 'energy field'. It indicates on an LED display or through an audio tone any disturbance in its self generated field.

Single and multiple lasers -
This system can be safely used following safety instructions.
Can be sited where you feel an area to be of interest or in an area of on-going activity.
Laser light illuminates in a different way, projecting a pencil beam of red light over long distances it offers another new potential to see and record a ghost or spirit.

A short-range cone of laser light giving a new type of illumination - suitable for use with still cameras, camcorders and humans

A handheld unit that emits shaped, high frequency pulsed laser light.

Infrared 'radar'/ light detector -
A hand held unit able to detect normal and infrared light and indicate within its sensing field, anything capable of reflecting its self generated pulsed, infrared light or ultra violet light.

Liquid microphone system -
An unusual experimental audio amplification system

Living plant sensor system -
Plants are a sentient life form but with out a conventional communication system, they do not know or understand fear.
When they are connected to sensitive display equipment (the Sentinel system) they become biological sensors that could potentially sense paranormal activity or human emotions.

Psychokinesis (mind power)
Tests can be conducted using instant response Sentinel systems electronic to give instant feedback if there is a response from the a variety of sensors to discover if a candidate can affect a sensor using psychic power.
I can test for the potential of the mind to affect sensors by magnetic field, electric field or quartz crystal vibration.

Zener cards -
Are a set of cards especially designed to test for ESP, the cards popular in the 1970's are a pack of twenty-five cards bearing simple symbols in groups of five of a kind: star, circle, square, cross, and waves, I have devised a new procedure to test for mind reading/telepathy/ESP using Zener cards.

Psychometery -
The art of reading psychic impressions from objects while handling them, another interesting psychic test where volunteers hold an object and try to sense a history of the object.

Global Consciousness Project and R E G

My interest in psychokinesis (mind power) has lead me to develop technology to test for the ability, I have recently discovered Edinburgh university is involved in related research with the Princeton university in the USA on the Global Consciousness Project.

Random Event Generator- Is a small boxed, portable device with a randomly moving LED display

Can the micro-powered random movement of an LED display be affected by thought?.

Can an individual or group of people influence or control a machine?

Can the moving display be stopped, made to hold left or right or be made to rotate in a chosen direction.

The display is normally reacting to micro power electrical signals, randomly generated, electrical signals, generated from the electronics, but can the power of the mind over come that.

Equipment of this type is in use in an Edinburgh library and is involved in a worldwide experiment to try to detect or predict major world events through global and concentrated emotional human thought generated in response to a powerful event.
This is part of the Global Consciousness Project, originally conceived at Princeton university by Dr Robert Jahn and Dr Roger Nelson and also studied by Dean Radin.
Events of September 11, the Asian tsunami and Princess Diana funeral are some of the events detected by Random Event Generators and associated equipment.

I would bring similar experiments out of the laboratory and into the field of paranormal research, but with my own unique design of electronic equipment.
I have become interested in the potential that the focused thoughts of a group of people could create a favourable atmosphere for spirit presence, contact and communication.
A procedure would involve a group of volunteers trying to affect the REG, the machine would give a real-time response and direct feedback to those present.
If successful they would proceed to a spirit communication procedure.

Unlike conventional systems that record data for later statistical analysis, my technology is designed to show instant and visible results. (A recording system is under development.)

I would like to conduct extensive research in this field but that will only be possible if I can find a sponsor. Perhaps combining research with Edinburgh university would be an interesting partnership?
I would combine this research with Psychokinesis, Random Event Generator tests, Psychometery, Zener cards and other Paranormal equipment.

I would also like to conduct tests to find successful participants who can demonstrate psychokinesis or psychic ability could qualify for further training and form part of an selected paranormal research group,
perhaps to find the next Uri Geller.

A programme of training and tuition could be created to try to teach those without an ability or enhance those with psychic ability

I would also be interested to conduct research using the REG in areas of mental and psychiatric health.
Can victims of brain injury or psychiatric stress use there brains in different ways?
