On Friday last, we took the electronic system - 'The Key' for its initial test at Plas Teg, I first explained the principals of the equipment to Sheena the leader of UK Paranormal and Medium.

'The key' is a user-operated system; the key generates seven fixed tones or frequencies that are at an equivalent of a specific colour wavelength, that frequency/tone illuminates its relevant coloured LED.
An eighth frequency generator has a manual control; all the tones/frequencies have adjustable audio output levels.
The operator of the equipment can mix the sound until they find a sound they are interested in.

After familiarising herself with the system, we visited a couple of locations around Plas Teg, in the first room and with the system active, Sheena could immediately see a spirit of an elderly woman crouched near a mirror, Sheena remarked that having spent many hours in this room she had never seen this 'spirit' before, the spirit did not interact but slowly faded away after several minutes.

Was it a coincidence that this was the first time 'the key' had been used by a medium in a haunted location or just a coincidence?
Sheena was able to mix the sound output until she found a mix of frequencies the she found 'helpful' to her spiritual communication.
At one time the machine briefly gave out unusual and unknown sounds, which are generally referred to as EVP, this was an unexpected response as the machine has no microphone.

Several experiments followed where various combinations were tried, all of great interest to Sheena and to me, with the highly variable mixture of sounds and harmonic frequencies, I believe this system could assist mediums and none mediums to become more 'spiritually in tune'.

I believe the system did what I intended it to do, the harmonic mixture of sound can potentially help the brain to become tuned to a beneficial 'frequency', in this case the operator (Sheena) tuned the machine to frequencies that enhanced her mediumistic gift, she specified certain frequency ranges to be of great interest to her.
As she tuned the equipment she explained that at certain frequencies, this was how she began to hear spirit communication. Further modifications will allow greater experiments in this area.

This could lead to further work in 'self brain tuning' with potentially very interesting
possibilities.
If time permits I could create a system that is monitors brainwaves, heartbeat and GSR - (skin resistance) to produce an automatic, self generating biofeedback audio and light emitting device.
Could this help any user to enhance a chosen ability?

Although this was the first field test of this equipment, it shows great promise many more tests will prove interesting especially if other 'mediums' or interested people express an interest in this experimental work.

Further modifications and improvements will now give the system greater potential.
Other equipment can also be used in combination with 'the key', I will use Cleve Backster type plant monitoring tests during future experiments to determine if a living plant can show a reaction to the tones and show a reaction whilst a medium is in communication with a spirit
