Paradox Electronics

Early in 2009 I contacted a friend to trying to set a professional, multi subject paranormal research and event management project with a friend, discussions followed, but alas the business did not take off.

During this time she told me about the Weird 09 Conference in Warminster, among the speakers was Brian Allen, a paranormal researcher who has conducted some interesting work at Roslyn Chapel near Edinburgh.
Brian gave a very interesting talk about his work and I was able later to spend some time explaining about the work I am doing with light, sound and related frequencies.

Amongst the information has published on the web about his work is something I had not heard about - The Devils Chord.
A set of musical notes said to have been banned by church authorities as far back as 1200 Ad.
The chord was thought to assist or provoke a spiritual experience to those that heard it, religion outside the control of the church - it was not a good thing.
Brian researched and published the frequencies and as my work is based around frequencies it is of great interest to me, I began to build a portable machine capable of reproducing the Chord, this is nearly complete.

During Brian's talk he showed a photograph taken during audio experiments in the chapel showing an unusual 'glowing light' taken in the chapel with no obvious explanation, my thoughts are that the light is possibly a reaction to harmonics of the generated sound, the notes of 'The Devils Chord' reverberating around the building that was or had been played.

Brian believes there is a doorway/portal somewhere in the chapel. it is a very mysterious building perhaps built to conceal a secret, the building has connections with the Templars and the Masons, I believe an experiment combining the sound of the 'Lost Chord' combined with projected light might reveal a secret.

I later explained to Brian I can use sound (any sound) to modulate light and project that light using high-brightness LEDs.
LEDs are used because unlike bulb lighting they can react to very high frequency, far higher than needed for voice or music but are perfect for the experiment.
Brian believes there is a portal or doorway in the chapel possibly in the lady chapel or the vault, I expressed to Brian that if arrangements could be made I would like test my combined 'light and sound energy wave' equipment in the chapel, transmitting not only 'The Lost Chord', but also other light and sound harmonic from other equipment I am currently developing.

I am currently building a machine to generate 'the lost Chord',
to enable my research to be flexible and experimental, I designed into the machine not only the fixed notes , but also the capability to adjust or 'tune' the chord.
I have also added another fixed and adjustable and variable note.
To add another potential within the system I have also built in a sound to light interface, it is capable of projecting the Chord as light.

As my research and experimental technology has now evolved into converting audio signals into light and converting light into audio signals, I have added this feature to enable those present to listen to light.

During an investigation at Bodmin Jail I meet Mark Rabin the resident medium and guide and although it was a busy night for both Mark and myself I believe we both share a healthy interest in spiritual/scientific paranormal investigation. Mark is keen to share his spiritual knowledge with visitors and I am keen to bring more new science to the subject, I believe we both hold a respect and interest in each others work and views, I look forward to working with Mark again.
During a break we talked about various subjects of common interest of which there are many, one of which is Roslyn Chapel and Brian Allen's work with audio there in the way of 'The Devils Chord'.

After returning from Bodmin, in an email Mark sent me a copy of an extraordinary set of postcards named 'The Lost Chord' dating from 1907.
These cards add the validity of the quest to use and test the 'The Lost Chord' on the investigations I am planning.

Can I find volunteers to take part in an experiment, not only in churches but also in ancient 'Burial' chambers and other places?.
Will the tuneable ability of the machine find the Lost Chord?
What will be the reaction in mysterious locations I hope to visit?
Will it provoke a spiritual experience within those present?
What will be the outcome of my added dimension of projecting the Chord as light?

By creating a battery powered portable machine I can visit remote locations and interesting places, haunted houses, stone circles, crop circles, burial chambers the pyramids perhaps.

This area of research has now began to feel like the most interesting/paranormal investigation potentially yet to happen, but where will be first to test the equipment?

This feels like a science fiction or Roald Dahl story coming to life - yet it is fact, it will happen, but what will happen?

As reported elsewhere on this site after testing the projected/focused modulated light system during the Skywatch, did an Alien craft come to investigate?
Although I did not witness the reported sighting myself I am encouraged that the sighting was reported by two independent sources and I am currently planning further optical transmitters for a more controlled experiment - volunteers needed

Initial experiments will take place using white light but further tests will involve several colours of light, in science light is measured as a wave length - a measurement of a very short distance.
The wave lengths of visible light vary from red a long wave, to violet a short wave,
There are scientific studies that propose that certain colours can affect a human being and potentially aid the physical healing of various ailments, pulsing the light at specific frequencies can potentially enhance the affect.

On my work with light I pulse the individual colours at there harmonic/resonant/octave frequency, in my view this will induce a new and experimental effect upon whatever the light hits.
Combining several colours could potentially increase the energy within the beam by possibly creating harmonics of light, finding the correct combinations will be a matter of experimentation.
The system will eventually have a self adjusting frequency and intensity capability for each colour.

In answer to the question 'how will this light be different' - my system first individually modulates single colours causing a vibration within the light, then at the operators discretion individual colours can be 'mixed' together. Sound or higher frequencies can be used to modulate the light.

As a comparison, an individual audio note is a monotone sound, if its frequency is slightly modulated it becomes less irritable, when several notes are mixed together the sound becomes more pleasant and are sometimes said to have healing properties.
With light, individual colours are said to promote certain feelings or emotion, mixed colours become smoother and pleasant to the eye.
So will our eyes or person benefit from this technology, will it allow us to see the unseen world around us or will it open long sought after doorways?

So much to do, all achievable, so much potential - so little time.
