PARADOX
A seemingly contradictory statement that may nonetheless be true.

PX 09
EMF/EMA Detection

PX 09 Electro Magnetic Field and Electro Magnetic Audio Detector

In common with most standard EMF meters the PX 09 detects electrically generated magnetic energy, it displays this on a 10 LED display.

The PX 09 has been developed with new features -
It contains two sensor coils both with different electro-magnetic characteristics and detection ability.
The variable 'coil select' control allows the user to experimentally adjust between each coil.

During an investigation it is recommended to start with 'coil select' control in the central position.
In the central position there is an equal 50/50 balance in coil selection.
Turning the 'coil select' fully clockwise gives 99% preference to the EMF coil,
turning the control fully anti-clockwise gives 99% preference to the EMA coil.
The EMF coil is more sensitive to electromagnetic fields, the EMA is more sensitive to electro-static fields.
It is at the judgment of the user to experiment with settings.

The PX 09 contains a tone generator, the intensity of the tone rises in relation the strength of a detected electro-magnetic field.
The audio level of the tone is controlled with the EMF volume control.

The PX 09 also contains an audio amplifier this allows the user to hear the sound of Electromagnetic energy (if it is within our normal hearing range).
The PX 09 can detect high frequency EMF beyond our hearing that will cause a reaction on the LED display.
The audio level is controlled with the EMA control.
The PX 09 does not contain a microphone - it cannot amplifier our speech or surrounding sound.

The PX 09 can make use of detected and known electro-magnetic fields, by placing the unit within close proximity of a field to cause an illumination of a mid display LED. During observation any change on the LED display will indicate an interruption of the electro-magnetic field.
It is left to the user/observer to discover the cause of the reaction.

The PX 09 is fitted with a 3.5mm 'line out' socket to allow you to connect it to an external recorder, amplifier or computer.

The PX 09 is not a radio, but it could pick-up and amplify radio transmissions, the PX 09 is not shielded or filtered to allow greater sensitivity. It is left to the user to decide the source of any unexpected reactions based on each individual location

It is recommended to record events for later analysis.

The PX 09 is new and experimental it allows new opportunities, experimental procedures and potential.
Feedback of results will help with future research and development
